Called yesterday to arrange an emergency appointment to have 3 wisdom teeth out to be spoke down to by the little jumped up ferret on reception. I explained I worked away and couldn't pay until the actual appointment date but They were more interested in taking a payment over the phone for the examination to book the appointment than they were to look after me. Absolutely disgusting customer service will never recommend these to anyone as the prices are extortionate as they are so a little great service wouldn't go a miss
