I had a very positive experience with Richardsons. Simon went above and beyond the call of duty by driving me back to my house as I hadn't insurance in place. Also, he had no hesitation in taking ownership of and resolving a small problem with the sun roof. I personally would describe Simon as customer focused, experienced and dedicated. Bought a Seat and it had a few weeks when it started to have problems. The issues did not show up until an hour after driving. Sensor issues. Went back and they fixed it free of charge. It's nice to deal with a company that have after sales support. Would definitely recommend.
